Founder Meg Hall brings more than 40 years of nursing experience across hospice, palliative care, oncology, psychiatry, cardiology, ambulatory care, and healthcare leadership. Her experience caring for patients during some of life’s most vulnerable moments shaped a deep understanding of what seniors and families truly need after leaving the hospital or managing ongoing health concerns at home.

Guidance when you're facing care decisions and aren't sure what the options are or which one fits. That includes talking through in-home care choices, weighing what a loved one actually needs versus what's being recommended, and helping families reach decisions together rather than in a hurry during a crisis.
How is this different from a doctor's advice?
A physician treats the medical condition. This is help navigating everything around it — what care looks like day to day, what questions to ask providers, how to compare options, and how to plan before something forces the decision. It doesn't replace medical care, and it isn't clinical treatment.
When should a family reach out?
When should a family reach out? Ideally before the emergency. Most families call after a fall, a hospital discharge, or a diagnosis, when time is short and everyone is exhausted. Getting guidance earlier — while your loved one can still take part in the conversation — leads to better decisions and far less conflict.
